AI poll authoring
InviziPoll can help workspace admins draft, refine, and improve poll questions using AI assistance. Your poll content stays under your control: you review and publish when ready.
Availability
A workspace must enable AI poll authoring (one-time consent in the product). Daily generation and “improve this question” limits depend on your plan—the in-app usage panel and Billing, trial, and tier limits are the source of truth. Broader or higher limits may be available on Business and Enterprise; the Privacy Policy lists subprocessors and retention terms (including our AI provider’s configuration, which we tune over time for data-minimization).
What is sent to the AI provider
Only admin-authored text you submit through AI features (titles, questions, options, and similar prompt context) is sent to our AI provider. Respondent answers are never sent to the AI — they remain end-to-end encrypted per InviziPoll’s core design.
Respondent languages (no AI translation)
InviziPoll does not maintain separate translated copies of your poll. Respondents can use their browser’s built-in page translation (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) to view the poll in the language they prefer. Encrypted responses remain keyed by stable question and option identifiers.
