Availability
AI poll authoring is available during the 14-day trial and on paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise), with daily usage caps that scale by tier.
It is not included on the post-trial free tier. After the trial ends without a subscription, upgrade to unlock AI (and other paid features such as bulk distribution). See AI poll building for current limits, or check the in-app usage indicator and Billing, trial, and tier limits.
Workspace consent. An owner or admin must accept the AI terms once for the workspace before anyone can generate or refine (often covered at signup). Consent is recorded in the workspace audit log.

What is sent to the AI provider
Only admin-authored text you submit through AI features (titles, questions, options, and your instructions) is sent to our AI provider. Respondent answers are never sent to the model. They stay end-to-end encrypted in the respondent browser, and the server stores ciphertext only.

Respondent languages (no AI translation)
InviziPoll does not auto-translate poll text for respondents. People can use their browser’s built-in page translation (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) on the response page. Encrypted answers remain keyed by stable question and option identifiers, so language choice does not change how results aggregate.
