Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a third party we engage to process personal data on behalf of our customers. This page lists every subprocessor we use, what each one does, and where it processes data. It is the list referenced by our Privacy Policy and by the Data Processing Addendum we offer to customers who need one.
We process and store customer data in the United States. We do not currently offer regional data residency.
Core subprocessors
These are engaged for every workspace. They are required to run the Service.

Conditional subprocessors
These are engaged only when a workspace turns on a specific feature. If you leave the feature off, no data reaches them at all.

- Anthropic, PBC: Engaged only when a workspace enables AI poll authoring. Workspaces that leave AI features off never transmit data to Anthropic.
How we notify you of changes
Before we add or replace a subprocessor, we publish it on this page under Planned changes and email the owner of every active workspace, at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Customers under a Data Processing Addendum may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period.
Because this notice is part of our contractual commitments rather than marketing, it is sent to workspace owners regardless of marketing email preferences.
