Run anonymous surveys for your clients, without holding their data hostage.
One licence, a separate workspace per client, and one login across all of them. Answers are encrypted in each employee's browser before they reach us, so neither we nor you can read an individual response - you get the aggregate picture a report is written from. When the engagement ends, the workspace and the key are already the client's.
Illustrative admin dashboard: aggregate recommendation percentages above, individual response rows shown as ciphertext only below.
Five steps, and the client owns the outcome at every one of them
Create the client's workspace
One per engagement, with its own address, its own branding and its own key. It counts against your licence while it's live and stops counting when it isn't.
Invite an owner from the client
Before the first survey goes out, somebody at the client becomes an owner and gets their own copy of the key. We won't let you publish until that's done, because a workspace only you can open is a workspace they lose when you leave.
Run the survey under both names
The ballot says your firm, on behalf of the client, above everything else. Their employees can see who is asking and who is running it, which is the difference between a survey people answer honestly and one they don't.
Read the aggregate, write the report
Cohorts by department or tenure, with a floor under every group so a team of two never becomes identifiable. Small cohorts stay sealed rather than being shown with a warning.
Hand it over, or hand it back
The client takes over the subscription whenever they want, and your slot frees up. Nothing is exported or migrated, because it was theirs the whole time. Your access ends when they end it, not automatically, because an engagement usually outlives the invoice.
You don't have to ask them to trust us, or you
Every answer is encrypted in the respondent's browser before it is sent, so what we store is ciphertext and what we can hand anybody, under any kind of pressure, is ciphertext. You read aggregates because a key held by the workspace decrypts them in your browser, not because we decided to show them to you.
When you publish results you can publish them signed: the counts, the cohorts and the anonymity floors that were actually in force, with a signature your client's own security team can check against the workspace's public key. They never have to take our word for it, which means neither do you. How the encryption works.
Against how it's done now
A workspace per client, not a shared password.
InviziPoll's practitioner licence against the two workarounds most firms are using today.
One login, a workspace per client, a switcher between them.
One shared account, or a login per client you have to keep track of.
Nobody. Responses are encrypted in the browser; we store ciphertext.
The vendor can, and so can anyone with the shared login.
The ballot names your firm on behalf of the client, before the questions.
Usually the employer's brand only, or the consultant's only.
The client already owns the workspace and the key. They take over the bill.
Export a spreadsheet and hope, or leave the data in your account.
A signed results document with the cohort counts and anonymity floors that were in force.
A PDF the client has to take on trust, from a tool they didn't choose.

Run anonymous surveys for your clients, on one licence.
If you do culture work, investigations or engagement reviews for other companies, you shouldn't be sharing a login or spinning up an account per client. One licence covers 5 live client workspaces, and every one of them stays the client's.
- One login across every client. Switch workspaces without signing out, and without sharing an account.
- Each client owns its workspace and its key from day one, so the results don't leave with you.
- Hand a client its own subscription when the engagement ends. Nothing moves, and the slot frees up.
Practitioner licence
$3,588/ year
About $299 a month, billed annually.
Includes 5 live client workspaces. Beyond that it's $59 a month per extra engagement, billed with your licence and prorated. Finish an engagement and the slot frees up, so you only pay for the clients you're actually running.
Start on the ordinary 14-day trial and tell us you're a consultancy; we'll turn the licence on. Your clients never see a bill from us.
Questions firms ask first
Running it for somebody else
Who owns the data at the end of an engagement?
The client does, and not as a policy - as an architecture. Their workspace is separate, their people hold their own copy of the key, and you can't publish a survey there until somebody at the client is an owner. When the engagement ends they keep everything, and you keep access only for as long as they want you to.
Can I run surveys for several clients from one login?
Yes. One login, a workspace per client, and a switcher between them. You're never sharing an account or asking a client to add you to theirs, and nothing from one client's workspace is loaded while you're in another's.
Will their employees believe it's anonymous when a consultant is running it?
That's the reason the ballot shows both names: your firm, on behalf of the client. A survey carrying only a consultant's brand invites the reading that some third party is collecting identified answers for the employer. Answers are encrypted in each person's browser before they reach us, and the page says so in plain language with a link to how it works.
Can I give a client something they can verify independently?
Yes. Results can be published as a signed document with the cohort counts and the anonymity floors that were actually in force, plus an evidence packet. Your client's own security team can check the signature against the workspace's public key without asking us for anything.
What does it cost, and what happens when I take on a sixth client?
The licence is $3,588 a year and includes five live client workspaces. A sixth is $59 a month, billed with your licence and prorated, and you get the workspace immediately rather than a sales call. Finish an engagement and the slot frees up.
What if a client wants to keep using it after we're done?
They take over the subscription from their own billing page. Nothing moves and nothing is exported: it's a change of invoice. Your engagement slot frees up the moment they do, and we record that you brought them.
Set up your first client workspace in the next ten minutes.
Start on the free trial, tell us you're a consultancy, and we'll turn the licence on. Your clients never see a bill from us.
