Billing, trial, and tier limits
Source of truth — Self-serve numbers on Pricing and the in-app Subscription page can change; when in doubt, open Admin → Subscription in your workspace.
Trial
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. The app shows how many days remain, with escalating reminders as the trial approaches its end.
If the trial expires without an active paid subscription, core workspace features are gated until you complete checkout or your workspace is otherwise entitled (for example a sales-assisted exception).
Some long-lived workspaces may be exempt from a fixed trial end date; Admin → Subscription in your workspace is authoritative for what you see.
Subscription management
Open Admin → Subscription in the admin sidebar to view your plan name, seat usage, and quota usage.
Paid tiers (reference)
Self-serve pricing is shown on the Pricing page. The table below is a reference; your in-app Admin → Subscription view is authoritative, especially if you have a custom or sales-assisted plan.

Pro and Business are available through self-serve checkout. Enterprise is typically sales-assisted—contact us for pricing, SSO, SCIM, and domain verification.
Upgrade prompts appear when you hit creation or seat limits.
