Short answer: Culture Amp publishes no list price for any module. What it does publish is the structure of the quote, which is more useful than it sounds, because it tells you exactly which three variables the number depends on. Everything beyond that structure comes from third parties reporting on signed contracts.

Facts on this page verified 2026-08-16. Prices change; re-check the linked sources before you build a budget on them.

What Culture Amp publishes

The modules

Culture Amp's pricing page lists these as separately purchasable:

  • Engage, for employee surveys and insights
  • Perform, for performance management and development
  • People Science Consulting, sold as an add-on service

You buy modules, not a single seat price, so "what does Culture Amp cost" is an underspecified question until you say which modules.

The service tiers

The page bands organisations by headcount, which is how it segments support level rather than a price break it publishes:

BandHeadcount
Small and medium organisationsUnder 200 employees
Mid-tier200 to 999 employees
Enterprise1,000 or more employees

The stated pricing model

This is the one direct statement worth having verbatim, because it names the three variables and rules out monthly billing. Culture Amp's own FAQ states:

Pricing depends on the number of employees, product chosen, and service tier.

The same FAQ adds that all Culture Amp products are billed annually. So: per employee, per module, banded by service tier, annual only. No monthly option, and no per-employee rate is published for any band.

What's quote-only

Every price. The pricing page carries request-a-quote and speak-to-our-team calls to action throughout and no self-service purchase path. There's no published per-employee rate, no published module price, and no published minimum contract value.

What third parties report

The most useful public benchmark is Vendr, which aggregates anonymised contracts its buyers have signed. As of its stated last update of February 2026, accessed 2026-08-16, Vendr reports for Culture Amp:

MeasureReported value
Median contract$21,990 per year
Low end observed$7,945
High end observed$58,068
Contracts in the sample506
Average discount achieved13.05%

Two things make this sample more informative than the equivalent Qualtrics one. It's larger (506 contracts), and the spread is narrower (roughly 7x low to high, against 20x for Qualtrics). A narrower spread suggests a more consistent product being bought by more similar companies, which makes the median a more useful planning figure.

A note on the other "Culture Amp pricing" pages you'll find

Searching this term surfaces a lot of per-employee-per-year figures. Almost all of them sit on the blogs of companies that sell competing engagement products. Those numbers may well be accurate, but they're marketing assets from interested parties, they rarely state a methodology, and several disagree with each other by a factor of two. I am not repeating them here, because I can't source them to either Culture Amp or to a disclosed contract dataset. If you want a second data point beyond Vendr, ask two peer companies in your headcount band what they pay. That's a better sample than a listicle.

What I am not going to do is total a bill. Culture Amp doesn't publish a per-employee rate, so any "Culture Amp costs $X for 500 people" figure is constructed. The honest version is: the median observed contract is $21,990 per year, and your quote depends on headcount, module mix, and service tier.

What actually changes the bill

  • Headcount, which is the stated primary variable. Culture Amp is priced per employee, so growth between signature and renewal is a real budget line.
  • Module mix. Engage alone and Engage plus Perform are different products at different prices. Decide whether you're buying listening or performance management before you take the call.
  • Service tier. The banding above is about the level of support and people science attached, and it moves with headcount.
  • People Science Consulting. It's an add-on, and it's the line most likely to be present in the upper half of Vendr's range.
  • Annual billing only. There's no monthly escape hatch, so a twelve-month commitment is the minimum unit of spend.
  • Contract length and renewal terms. As with any annual enterprise contract, ask what the uplift is at renewal before you take the year-one discount.

Where InviziPoll fits, and where it doesn't

Founder disclosure: I built InviziPoll, so weigh this section accordingly.

Where it doesn't fit. Culture Amp is an engagement and performance suite with a large benchmarking dataset, action planning wired into manager workflows, performance review cycles, and a people science practice attached. InviziPoll has none of that. If your programme depends on external benchmarks, on manager action plans tracked over quarters, or on running reviews and engagement in one system, InviziPoll is the wrong tool and no price comparison makes it the right one.

Where it does fit. The narrow case is high-stakes questions where a confidential platform suppresses honest answers. Culture Amp is a confidential system: results are protected by reporting thresholds, and identity exists in the platform because segmentation, action planning, and lifecycle analytics require it. That's a legitimate design, and it's not anonymity. On InviziPoll, responses are encrypted in the respondent's browser and the server stores ciphertext only, so individual answers aren't readable by InviziPoll. Admin results unlock at three or more responses, demographic cohorts need five, open-text verbatims appear only past the unlock, and responses carry no timestamps.
