Why these questions

Every item is a motion, and every motion offers Abstain, because at a board an abstention is a recorded position rather than a missing answer. Each member votes once and needs a code to do it, so the tally is a tally of members and not of browser tabs. Results stay sealed until the vote closes and there is no public results page, since a board vote belongs in the minutes rather than at a URL. Check your quorum before you open it: what you get back is the count of votes cast, not of members eligible.
