Why these questions

Direction, decisions and whether disagreement lands are asked separately because a chief executive can be strong at one and weak at another, and a single overall score hides exactly that. The ranking question turns "do more of this" into an order you can act on instead of five things that all came top. Be straight with the team about the floor: you need at least 5 responses before anything unlocks, so this suits a leadership team of six or more, and with fewer than that nothing will show. That is the protection working, not a fault.
