Why these questions
The open question at the end is the point of this one. The four closed questions in front of it exist to give it a frame and to give you something you can chart across a second wave, because trust and intent to stay are the two numbers that move after a layoff and the two nobody measures. People answering this have every reason to doubt the promise of anonymity, which is why the respondent screen tells them what leadership will see before the first question rather than after the last.
