Nothing shows until the poll's minimum group size has answered, a number you choose that's never below three. While it's open, the first results appear three answers past that number, then new answers arrive in random groups of three to five. A few answers are always held in reserve until the poll closes, so no one's answer can be picked out.
Team scores show once at least three active members have answered.
Written answers show word for word, shuffled and undated. On polls, anyone who'd rather not be read can send just the topics they pick instead. On a speak-up channel, whoever runs it can reply, and the person reads the reply with a return code that's never linked to them.

Is Officevibe anonymous?
Yes, in the sense Officevibe means: it aggregates answers, hides team scores until at least three members have answered, shows anonymous feedback only on teams of five or more, and doesn't tell managers who has or hasn't answered. Text answers are anonymous unless the person chooses to sign them. It's a real safeguard, but it's a reporting rule on data Workleap holds and can read. InviziPoll's answers are encrypted on each person's device, so there's no readable copy anywhere to protect.

Copy the questions from your Officevibe survey and paste them in. On plans with AI authoring, InviziPoll turns the pasted text into a draft poll, questions and options included, and shows you everything it found before anything's saved. Without AI, paste one question per line. Only questions come across: past responses stay where they are, because we can't import answers we'd be able to read. Send them /trust/anonymity, which says in plain language what we can and can't see, and link it from the invitation. When results are ready you can publish them as a signed summary anyone can check hasn't been edited. And before you send anything, open the sample poll in a new workspace: it takes about two minutes and shows you exactly what an admin sees, which is the same thing you'd be promising your team.

The consultant reads the results, written comments included.
