Workspace settings and branding

Set your InviziPoll workspace name, slug, logo and brand colors, and see what they change on poll pages and PDF reports. Owners only.

Workspace settings control your workspace's name and address, and how your polls look to the people answering them. Your logo and colors appear on respondent poll pages; seat, poll and folder limits come from your plan on Subscription, not from this screen.

Note

Name, slug, logo, colors and deleting the workspace are owner settings. Admins who open Workspace Settings see only poll templates, the question bank, the public rating and the signing key.

#Prerequisites

Sign in as the workspace owner. For a logo, have it hosted at a public web address (https), since the setting takes a link rather than an upload. Pick brand colors that stay readable on a light page.

Good to know

Familiar branding helps employees trust that a poll really comes from your organization, not a lookalike form.

  1. Open Workspace Settings. Go to Settings in the sidebar, then Workspace Settings.
  2. Set the display name. The name your workspace goes by in the admin app.
  3. Review the slug. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. It's part of your admin address (/w/your-slug/admin), so changing it breaks bookmarks to the old address.
  4. Add a logo. Paste the image's address into Logo URL (optional).
  5. Choose colors. Set Primary color (optional) and Accent color (optional) with the picker or a hex value such as #3b82f6.
  6. Save. Then open a poll's preview to check how it looks.

#What branding changes

On respondent poll pages:

  • Logo: shown at the top of the poll.
  • Primary color: a thin strip across the top of the page.
  • Accent color: the submit button.

The logo and primary color are also used in results PDF reports you download.

Branding doesn't change anonymity, encryption, or who can see results. Those follow product rules and roles; see Roles and permissions.

#Other settings on this page

  • Organization vault idle lockout cap (minutes): the longest any admin in the workspace can stay idle before their keys lock. Admins can pick a shorter time for themselves. Leave it empty for no workspace-wide cap, and each admin gets the default of 30 minutes unless they choose otherwise. A cap below 30 still applies on top of that default.
  • Poll templates, Question bank, the public rating and the signing key each have their own section.
  • Slack: connect or disconnect Slack. See Slack integration.
  • Danger Zone: Delete workspace permanently deletes all polls, folders, responses and team data. You type delete to confirm, and it can't be undone.

No. Brand colors apply to respondent poll pages and PDF reports. The admin app has its own light, dark and system themes under Settings → Appearance.
