Inviting a team member

Bring collaborators into your workspace with controlled roles (owner, admin, member). Invites respect your plan’s seat limits.

Send an invite

  1. Go to Team → Users.
  2. Enter the colleague’s email and choose a role.
  3. They accept the invite and complete sign-in.

Permissions snapshot

  • Owner — billing, workspace settings, full admin capabilities.
  • Admin — manage polls and folders within policy; cannot override owner-only areas like billing.
  • Member — create and participate per your configuration.
