Emails InviziPoll sends workspace admins
Every lifecycle email InviziPoll can send a workspace owner: results unlocked, one more to unlock, poll expiring, wave due, trial reminders, and how to turn them off.

Every email below is about your workspace, never about a respondent. None of them contains an answer, and none of them tells you who has or has not responded, because we do not know.
InviziPoll sends a small number of emails to workspace admins. This page lists all of them, what triggers each, and how to stop the ones you do not want.
Poll emails
Sent to the poll's owner.

The "nobody has it yet" email is sent at most once per workspace, and only during a trial. The wave email comes from a recurring pulse series and carries a one-click link to open the next wave.
The unlock emails carry counts only. Below three responses, an aggregate can point at an individual, which is why the second-response email tells you the number and nothing else. The sample poll never triggers any of these.

Sample polls do not count as activity for any of these. Seeding a sample and then doing nothing else still gets you the day-3 and dormant nudges, because the point of those emails is a workspace that has not run a real poll yet.
At most one scheduled email is sent to an admin per day. If two are due on the same day, one waits.

Turning them off
Open Settings, then Email preferences. Unticking Lifecycle and training stops every email on this page. Each email also carries an unsubscribe link that does the same thing in one click.
Security and ops alerts cannot be turned off. Those are the mandatory account, billing, and security notices, and they are not listed here because they are not lifecycle mail.
What is never emailed
- Any response content, theme, or summary. Results are decrypted in your browser and stay there.
- Who has responded. Access codes are not linked to submissions, so a reminder cannot target "only people who have not answered", and no email will claim to.
- A shared-slice link. Those links carry their decryption key in the URL fragment, and email would put that key through a mail provider's logs. Copy and send them yourself.
